In a significant development today, Governor Augustino Jadalla Kamilo Wani of Central Equatoria State has issued a series of Gubernatorial Decrees and Chairperson’s Orders, reshaping the leadership landscape within the region.

One of the notable changes includes the removal of Cde. Terensio Jalang Wala from his role as the Security Coordinator of Terekeka County, Local Government Council, Central Equatoria State under Decree No. 09/2024, effective immediately.

Simultaneously, Decree No. 10/2024 has seen the appointment of Capt. Victor Lado Modi Musa as the new Security Coordinator for Terekeka County, Local Government Council, Central Equatoria State, starting from July 29, 2024.

Governor Jadalla, also acting in his capacity as the SPLM Central Equatoria State Chairperson, announced the Chairman’s Orders which brought about changes in party leadership positions. The first order, No.1/2024, relieved Cde. Emmanuel Juma Diyo of his duties as the SPLM Interim Chairperson of Terekeka County, effective immediately.

Conversely, Chairperson’s Order No. 2/2024 appointed Cde. Philip Tongun Frederick as the new SPLM Interim Chairperson of Terekeka County, Central Equatoria State, effective July 29, 2024.

The implementation of these decrees and orders is effective immediately following their signing and public announcement by Governor Jadalla. These changes are expected to have a significant impact on the governance and party structures within Central Equatoria State.
